Tom Bredt

Thomas Bredt joined Menlo Ventures in 1986 after serving as senior vice president and director of the
information systems group at Dataquest Incorporated. Prior to Dataquest, he held engineering management
positions at Hewlett-Packard Company in the computer systems, manufacturing applications and data
communications groups. Bredt also worked for Bell Laboratories and was a member of the Electrical
Engineering faculty at Stanford University. He has a bachelor's degree from University of Michigan,
a master's in electrical engineering from New York University and a doctorate degree in computer
science from Stanford University.

Jeff Brody

Jeff Brody is a founding partner of Redpoint Ventures, focusing on next-generation software and Internet
opportunities. Prior to founding Redpoint, Brody was a general partner with Brentwood Venture Capital, a
firm he joined in 1994. Previously, Brody spent six years with Comdisco Venture Leasing. Before Brody
joined Comdisco, he was an Associate at Crosspoint Venture Partners and co-founded a mobile
telecommunications company. Brody also worked as a field engineer for Schlumberger Ltd. in Europe
and Africa. Brody received his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of
California at Berkeley and his master's degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Chris Derossi
Founder of ePeople
|
ePeople founder Chris Derossi previously served as director of the Magic Cap products division for
General Magic, where he led the team that built the operating system and applications for personal
communicators shipped by Sony and Motorola. He spent six years at Apple Computer, where he was chief
architect of Macintosh system software and led the design of Apple's 7.1, the first Macintosh system
release to simultaneously ship worldwide and on schedule. Derossi studied computer science at the
University of California, Irvine.

Anthony Lye
President and Chief Executive Officer of ePeople

Anthony Lye, is president and CEO of ePeople, a leading provider of knowledge and expertise management solutions for resolving
business-critical situations throughout the enterprise. Prior to joining, ePeople, Lye was vice president of marketing for Categoric
Software Corporation, where he successfully launched the company in the United States and Europe. Previously, he was the senior director
of strategic accounts for Remedy (RMDY), managing Remedy's global indirect partners and major accounts business. Lye also held senior
marketing positions with Tivoli Systems (IBM) and was a management consultant at Andersen Consulting in the Financial Services Business
Unit. Lye received his bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from the University of Bath in England.

Dave Stamm
Co-Founder of Clarify Inc.

David Stamm co-founded Clarify in August of 1990 and served as the company's president and CEO until March
1998, when he was appointed chairman of the board. Stamm also co-founded Daisy Systems Corporation (Daisy),
a computer-aided engineering hardware and software company, in August 1980. While at Daisy, he served in
multiple executive positions, including executive vice president, and served as a director until late 1989.
Prior to joining Daisy, Stamm worked with Intel Corporation. Stamm holds a bachelor's degree in electrical
engineering from Purdue University and holds a patent on single-chip microprocessor technology.
