Anthony Lye
President and Chief Executive Officer

Anthony Lye is president and CEO of ePeople, a leading provider of knowledge and expertise management solutions for resolving
business-critical situations throughout the enterprise. Prior to joining, ePeople, Lye was vice president of marketing for Categoric
Software Corporation, where he successfully launched the company in the United States and Europe. Previously, he was the senior director
of strategic accounts for Remedy (RMDY), managing Remedy's global indirect partners and major accounts business. Lye also held senior
marketing positions with Tivoli Systems (IBM) and was a management consultant at Andersen Consulting in the Financial Services Business
Unit. Lye received his bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering from the University of Bath in England.

Kevin Miller
Director of Sales

Kevin Miller has over 12 years of technology sales, management and new product deployment experience in a
variety of vertical market segments including Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services and Manufacturing. Most
recently, he was the East Regional Sales Manager for NuEdge Systems, an Experian Company with overall sales,
marketing and business development responsibility in the East Region. He played an integral role bringing a
new data mining and customer marketing application to large retail banks. Prior to NuEdge, he was a top
sales executive for Onyx Software Corporation. During his career, Miller has consistently worked to bring
new products to market, particularly in developing vertical market penetration strategies. He was responsible
for the go to market strategy of an IVR system designed for Pharmaceutical companies as well as the development
of an internet billing application in 1996 which is still actively used today. Miller holds a BA in Marketing
and BS in Psychology from Albright College and St. Joseph's University.

Ellis Ishaya
Professional Services and Support

Ellis Ishaya leads Professional Services with responsibility for the company's worldwide services
organization, which includes consulting, education, account
management, and technical support operations. Mr. Ishaya spent
several years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and most recently
served as Director of Professional Services at Primus Knowledge
Solutions, managing operations for the West, Pacific Northwest
and Rocky Mountain regions of the United States. Mr. Ishaya has
over 12 years of industry experience and earned a Bachelor of
Science in Engineering from California Polytechnic State
University, San Luis Obispo. He also holds a Masters of Business
Administration from Santa Clara University, Leavey School of
Business.

Vipul Gupta
Business Development
|
Vipul Gupta leads Business Development at
ePeople. Previously, he was VP of Software Engineering at Empact
Software, a provider of quotation management solutions for
pharmaceutical and electronics companies where he managed the US
sales team and an offshore development team in Romania.
Prior to Empact Software he co-founded and led development of Imparto Software, a leading Web Marketing Suite which was
successfully acquired by Primus Knowledge Systems. Vipul
began his career as a senior architect and consultant at
Panttaja Consulting Group, delivering successful enterprise
solutions for the Fortune 500. Vipul has a Master of
Science in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana at
Lafayette and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the
Regional Engineering College in Rourkela, India.

Sarah Nunke
Product Management
|
Sarah Nunke leads Product Management at ePeople.
During her tenure at Clarify, Ms. Nunke lead the product
strategy and design effort for the company's new solutions
targeted to the multibillion dollar call center and
telecommunications industries. By the time Clarify was purchased
by Nortel Networks, more than 50 percent of its revenue came
from these markets. While at Answer Systems, Ms. Nunke was
responsible for leading the design of the first call management
application ever integrated with a problem resolution system.
For her work, Ms Nunke was awarded a U.S Patent. Most recently,
as the Product Strategist for NewChannel, Inc. Ms. Nunke created
the product vision and plan for their internet sales products
and services. Ms. Nunke has a bachelor of arts from Scripps
College and a master of science from Purdue University both in
psychology.

Scott Murcray
Finance and Operations
|
Scott Murcray leads Finance and Operations at
ePeople. Previously, he was a manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in
the firm's audit business unit. He brings more than 10 years of
financial experience in the technology sector, having serviced
clients in Arthur Andersen's Silicon Valley office from 1994 to
2000. He was a member of the firm's technology practice,
primarily in the software and Internet sectors. Mr. Murcray
received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from
California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is
a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.

Andy Brockman
Product Development

Andy Brockman has been with the company in an Engineering
management role since 2002. He has over 14 years of software
industry experience and has held technical management positions
at E*Trade and IBM/Lotus Development. Mr. Brockman has a
Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of
Engineering degree from Cornell University.

Josh Horwich

Josh Horwich has over 12 years of industry experience in

engineering. Since 1997, he has held technical leadership and
senior
engineering management positions at ePeople. Prior to ePeople,
Mr. Horwich was in a technical leadership role at MPath
Interactive and Catapult Entertainment Inc. Mr. Horwich received
a bachelor's degree in computer science with honors from
Dartmouth College.
