ePeople Names Olivier Gachot Vice President of Sales
Adds Solid Sales and Management Experience to ePeople Executive Team
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA; July 11, 2002
ePeople Inc., a leading provider of web-based collaborative CRM solutions, today announced the appointment of Olivier
Gachot as vice president of sales. Gachot brings more than 14 years of general management, marketing and sales experience
with both public and private technology companies. He most recently served as senior vice president of International
Operations at Actuate Corporation, where in four years he grew international operations from less than $100,000 in revenue
to a 130-person, $30 million business.
Prior to that, Gachot was chief executive officer of CosmosBay Corporation, a European leader in online financial solutions.
He also held various management positions including COO at Decalog Incorporated, regional vice president at Interleaf Europe
and sales director at Sybase France.
"Olivier has been extremely successful in building high performance sales units within large organizations and can apply those
same skills to further accelerate ePeople's growth," said Anthony Lye, president and CEO of ePeople. "With his global vision
and international experience, Olivier is well prepared to direct ePeople's domestic sales efforts today as well as future
