InstallShield Selects ePeople Teamwork to Power its eServices Customer Support Initiative

Mountain View, Calif., Sept. 29, 2003 ePeople Inc., a leading provider of knowledge and expertise management solutions for resolving business-critical situations throughout the enterprise, today announced that InstallShield Software Corp., the leader in software installation, packaging and updating solutions, has selected award-winning ePeople Teamwork to power its eServices initiative.
