To maintain a high degree of system performance and reliability, ePeople performs regular scheduled
maintenance of the hardware and software in the data center. Typical maintenance is software and hardware
upgrades, hardware repair, bug fixes and security patches. When this maintenance requires an interruption in
service, scheduled down time will be used to perform the maintenance. Scheduled down time occurs within
designated maintenance time periods:
Minor maintenance schedule:
- Maximum service outage is limited to 30 minutes
- 24 hour advance notice by email to designated customer contact
- Service scheduling period: Thursday 21:00- 22:00 Hrs. PST or major maintenance period
Major maintenance schedule:
- Maximum service outage is limited to five (5) hours
- Seven (7) day advance notice by email to designated customer contact
- Service scheduling period: Saturday or Sunday, 08:00AM-14:00 Hrs. PST
