    Release 5.0 Update | August 14, 2003

Tasks/NAO: Allow customer to be NAO
This enhancement allows the user in the customer role to be the Next Action Owner and to set the NAO once he or she has completed the required action. In addition, if a user is the NAO and his or her last task is completed, the NAO responsibility is shifted to the owner.

    Release 5.0 Update | August 7, 2003

Notifications: Retiring New Request Alert preference controls in favor of Notification Rules
With the introduction of new Notification Rules in release 5.0, the functionality on the preferences tab to select for which pools you wish to receive New Request Alerts (NRAs) has been made redundant. Formerly, there were two interacting tools where NRAs needed to be configured. Now, you can and must control which NRAs you will receive with Notification Rules on the Options Tab.

No particular action is required of users at this time-all of their notification rules will be automatically updated to reflect their current preferences. However, when and if someone wishes to change which NRAs they will receive, they will need to do so on the Notifications Rules screen only and not on the Preferences Tab.

    Release 5.0 Update | July 31, 2003

Notifications: Out of office reply to a New Request Alert joins the user to the request
Users were automatically being joined to requests when their Out of Office reply email would respond to New Request Alerts. Now, inbound email will be disregarded if it contains the text "Out of Office AutoReply: " in the subject line. This is the standard subject for common versions of Microsoft Outlook, but any users of other email systems can leverage this change if they can add the above text to the the subject line. This change affects all inbound email.
